I have an HP ze4230 laptop computer which was having issues with battery charging. I was told by HP to d/l and install a BIOS upgrade which dealt with certain battery issues. I did this and ran the program. Now my computer powers on, but then just sits there like a rock and does nothing. No display or anything.
