I’m looking to buy a HP HDX 16t and my boss told me of a website called ubid.com, it has GREAT deals on refurbished laptops but I’m not feeling very comfortable, is it a good idea buying a refurbished laptop, and if so, where is a good site to buy it from

I need to remove the bottom of my Toshiba laptop to try to fix the charger. It has come loose.

Well i bought this toshiba satellite L305D used laptop and i want to restore it to factory setting i tried the holding 0 button while turning on and does do anything how can i restore it please help ? anyone know how to ?
